As we aim to operate sustainably please allow up to 10 working days to dispatch all orders this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
During our major sales or holidays, please allow extra time for processing your orders as we are working hard to ensure you receive the best service and products.
Hair Care products will ship within 1-3 working days if this is not under pre-order basis. If you place an order for hair care products with a custom made wig that requires a longer processing time, they will all ship together once the wig is ready.
