Refund Policy
At Dalore Beauty, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We strive to provide you with the highest quality hair products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to to assist you.
Due to the nature of our custom made wigs, or hair products we’re unable to offer a refund, as our items are made to order.
However, you are entitled to an exchange or discount code for future purchase, in the event that you receive the wrong item, this should be reported immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the order and the hair product needs to be in it's original packaging and not damaged in any shape or form.
Right to return within 14 days of delivery:
Dalore Beauty takes care in maintaining a high level of quality control however we are able to accept return for any hair care products and any items on the website that is not custom made such as bundles, closures, etc. If you believe there is a fault or error with your item, you can return your order within 14 days and exchange also.
Digital Product Refund Policy:
Please note: NO PHYSICAL ITEM IS SHIPPED. THIS IS A DIGITAL PRODUCT AND WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ONCE PURCHASED. THIS ITEM IS NON REFUNDABLE, IF YOU ARE HAVING ANY ISSUES ACCESSING THE DOCUMENT THEN PLEASE LET US KNOW.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note you may need to pay for the return as it is only the delivery charge we cater for.
To start a return, you can contact us at dalorebeauty@gmail.com stating the item you wish to return with the order number or the item you wish to exchange it with. You will then be provided with the next steps.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
In the circumstances you are approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact dalorebeauty@gmail.com
Shipping and Returns Important Information
Shipping:
Verify your shipping address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
Our fulfilment centre: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfilment centre or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.
Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees are non-refundable.
